Rainfluence Communications Consultant was founded in 2020 by Rina Suci Handayani, S.S., M.I.K. (Master of Communications Science), also known as Raihanah. We provide two prominent services to boost our clients' careers and leadership communication skills.
The services are The Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership© and The 3CCL (The Three Communication Cores of A Leader) Training. These services were developed based on Ms. Raihanah's academic and communications research from 2014 to 2020. She successfully developed the Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership© tools, and the framework of The Three Communication Cores of A Leader (The 3CCL).
———— On April 12th, 2025, we successfully held our first 'The 3CCL Training' in JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia. Our mission is to present more and consistent The 3CCL Training dedicated to ESTABLISHED GENTLEMEN--between 35-45 years old & have Strata 1 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) educational background--who are concerned about accelerating their leadership communication soft skills and capabilities in supporting their career and leadership achievement.

(The Three Communication Cores of A Leader)
The 3CCL training is a one-day training, starting from 8 AM (08.00 WIB) - 5 PM (17.00 WIB), This training will take place in our office meeting room, Jakarta. The participants will get the most precious training material from the main trainer and speaker--Ms. Raihanah, Master of Communications Science--which was developed based on her communications research from 2014 to 2020. The framework was exclusively constructed to be applied to your workplace environment, using the three cores, yet it gives an impactful result. This training is divided into four sessions learning, two coffee breaks, and lunch. It consists of substance explanation, interactions, Q&A, a case study, and a simulation.
Rainfluence is the one and only provider of Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership© in Indonesia. This assessment was developed by Rina Suci Handayani, S.S., M.I.K., also known as Raihanah, from 2014 to 2020. She worked intensively to do the communication research and developed the Influence Communications Skills assessment and program tools that consist of a worksheet component, an analysis component, and a reporting sheet. This is not only the 'blue ocean' creation from her, but proven to assist her clients in achieving their career and leadership goals. This service will reveal your real potential of you to be an influential and impactful leader. This assessment will be given exclusively to the 3CCL participants. On 5 June 2025, the Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership© has legally registered its copyright on behalf of Rina Suci Handayani in the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia. This progress strengthens our positioning to be the only provider of Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program of Career & Leadership© in Indonesia.
